與建築師、建設公司配合，在監工、施工工程專業整合，替業主要求品質、統合規劃
2.施工與建材品質控管
嚴選高品質國產、進口建材，定期參訪國內外產品製程及品質，絕不以仿冒品參雜，附上材料證明
3.專員監工
施工階段期程規劃、監工報告、屋況誠實回報
4.絕不追加
合約期間內，不做無理追加，為了給業主、設計師、建設公司最安心的保障，在規劃的項目中不另行追加，沒有在期初的規劃項目除外
5.安心保證
本公司有雇主責任險、與司馬仲達律師事務所合作，顧及業主權益讓業主安心、同仁施作放心
